Well, good evening everyone and welcome to the ushering in of a new era of Looks Like Coffee, Tastes Like Juice. As you know, Norman is the usual blogger here, but today that has changed. Today, Norman has asked me to do the post. So, my name is Stuart (A.K.A Stu-bear) and I go to school with Norman; I think that's all the information you need to know. I hope I will fulfill your musical cravings just as Norman has done for the past months. Anyways, let's get on with the music, shall we?
Today, we will be listening to Simon and Garfunkel. Simon and Garfunkel met up with eachother back in the sixth grade, and were very close friends. In their juniour year of high school they began performing together, starting out in school plays and working themselves up. They recorded their first song, which was "Hey, Schoolgirl", and released it in 1957. This single sold over 100,000 copies, hitting #49 on the billboards. Enough with all this history, it's after school, isn't it? Here are some tracks from one of their greatest hits albums, I hope you enjoy the songs as much as I do.
